Effektiv Produktion hereby invites Nordic competitor to Lucia Classic Pro 2010. The contest is open for competitors with active licences for competition in a national Nordic IFBB federation, that has either won Luciapokalen Bodybuilding, or placed at a national championship, or are invited. The winners get their own golden ”Super Bowl-ring”.

Lucia Classic Pro qualifications

Lucia Classic Pro is a competition for the Nordic elite bodybuilders; men and women. To compete here you need to have done either of the following:

• Won Lucia Classic Pro = lifetime qualified
• Won your contrys National Championships as Senior = lifetime qualified
• Won your class at Luciapokalen Bodybuilding as Senior = qualified for two years
• Placed second or third at your contrys National Championships as Senior = qualified for two years

Wild Cards

The contest promotor can also hand out a limited amount of Wild Cards each year. Application for a wild card is mailed (with name, contact information and complete list of competition merits) to luciaclassicpro@luciapokalen.nu. Wild Cards can be given to juniors and veterans.

Competitor registration

Friday december 10th, Quality Hotel Panorama, Göteborg 20:30-20:45. Registration and weigh-in takes place in your posing attire. You’ll show your ID, pay the starting fee (in cash), and hand over your music CDs. You will get your competitor number/proof of competitor status for you and your coach. These are personal. They give entrance to the fair and also to the competitor area back stage, letting other people use them is not allowed.

Registration Fee

500 SEK per competitor, paid at competitor registration Friday evening. The competitor and coach has free entrance to The Fitness Festival both Saturday and Sunday. Also included in the fee is free entrance to the official party Saturday night (22.00-01.00).

Tickets

If you wish to see the bodybuilding and fitness competitions in Kongresshallen on Saturday/Sunday, you’ll need seating tickets, avaliable at ticnet.se (TicketFast e-ticket is an simple way to order your tickets in advance from abroad).

Hera are Frequently Asked Questions about the competition and the Fitness Festival.

Competition Routine

• If there are more than 15 competitors, an elimination round takes place.
• 15 competitors moves on to Round 1. After Round 1 the scores are zeroed.
• In Round 2 the top ten competitors get to show their free posing routines.
• A generous amount of time is allowed (more than 60 seconds, but within reason).
• After the posing routines competitors on place 10-7 are named.
• The top six competitors are scored and moves on to Round 3.
• Round 3 consists of collective comparisons of compulsory poses, after Round 3 the award ceremony takes place.
